Confidence and self-belief

Helping girls recognise their strengths, trust their voice, and feel comfortable expressing ideas, opinions, and creativity in a supportive environment.

By strengthening these foundations early, girls are better equipped to navigate the challenges of adolescence with clarity, confidence, and self-trust. Skills that research shows are essential for wellbeing, strong relationships, and healthy decision-making, as established by the success of the ElevateRA mentoring services.

About The Elevate Festival

Set in the heart of London, the Elevate Festival takes place within the iconic surroundings of One Marylebone — a truly inspiring setting for two days of connection, and growth.

Two women standing together at an indoor event, smiling and holding papers or pamphlets, with balloons and other people in the background.

The experience is thoughtfully designed by age, ensuring every girl feels seen, supported, and engaged. Day One welcomes girls aged 8–11, while Day Two is dedicated to girls aged 12–15 — creating space for conversations and experiences that are relevant to each stage of their journey.

The festival has been designed to offer flexibility in both shared and individual experiences. Girls and their parents or carers can come together through immersive workshops that foster connection and understanding, while also having the space to engage in sessions created specifically for just girls or adults making them personally meaningful.

Alongside this, there are dedicated panel talks and sessions designed specifically for girls, as well as spaces created just for parents and carers — offering honest insight, expert guidance, and the opportunity to reflect and learn.

The schedule of workshops will be released one month before the festival. Keep your eyes peeled for an email with a link to book your preferred workshops and times. Get in early there is so much on offer.

The Story Behind Elevate

The Elevate Festival grew out of the work of ElevateRA, a mentorship programme founded by educator and author Ramita Anand.

With more than twenty years of experience working in schools across Vancouver, New York and London, Ramita saw first-hand the challenges girls face as they move from childhood into adolescence.

Friendship dynamics, academic pressure, changing bodies and the influence of digital culture were leaving many girls feeling overwhelmed and unsure of themselves.

Ramita created ElevateRA to provide girls with the tools, language and support they need to understand themselves and navigate these years with confidence.

A group of people gathered around a white table, smiling and engaging in a conversation. Several pink balloons with the word 'eLevate' and a lightning bolt symbol are visible, along with notebooks, pens, and colorful markers on the table. The room has a large window and white walls.

The Elevate Festival extends that mission — bringing girls and their families together for a shared experience of learning, creativity and connection.

Because when girls understand themselves and feel supported, they are far more likely to thrive.

What Makes Elevate Festival Different

The right support, at the right time.

The years between 8 and 15 are some of the most important — when confidence is shaped, identity begins to form, and the world starts to feel bigger, louder, and sometimes overwhelming.

Elevate exists to meet girls right in this time with preventative educational measures founded by Ramita Anand teacher and educator running the Elevate Mentorship Programme

Real experiences that stick — for girls and the people who support them.

What makes us different is how and when we do it. Every part of the festival is built around our five core pillars — creating a strong, lasting foundation across confidence, connection, resilience, self-awareness, and voice.

It’s immersive, engaging, and genuinely fun — designed so girls don’t just hear ideas, they experience them. They are not offered solutions after things go awry, rather build tools to have in their kit so they know how to handle challenges and change.  They try, explore, question, and grow in ways that feel natural and empowering. Parents and carers are part of the journey too — building shared understanding, stronger connections, and the tools to support what comes next.
